FAQ

My items arrived damaged. What can I do?

We will be sad to hear that happened, but happy to make it right for you. Just shoot us an email at jutta@green-designs.net and let us know what happened. Photos are a must so we can assess what steps to take.

How can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange an item within 10 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on custom orders, used items or skeins wound to balls.

If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, we'd be happy to talk to you. Please email us with your concern and order number at jutta@green-designs.net.

How long does shipping usually take?

We are known for very fast processing times, but once the item leaves our busy hands it is up to the carrier you selected to make sure it gets to you in a timely manner.

If you are concerned about a package that seems unusually late feel free to contact us and we will see how we can help.

Where does your yarn and fiber come from?

Good question! Most of our yarn is sourced from wholesalers in the US, but a lot of the fiber used to make these yarns comes from all over the world. Mostly South America, but also from France and other places. If you need specific info let us know and we will find out for you.

      Do you accept custom orders?

      We do!

If you have a specific yarn in mind but want it dyed a certain color, please talk to us. We do have a minimum of three skeins per custom dye order.

Custom fiber packs are also available.

Wild Nutmeg started with the colors. It’s an earthy shawl inspired by the deep woods of Colorado. The earthy tones of different trees reflected in the large middle pattern section, that plays around with a bark like structure.
